  • Reporting and compliance of Unsafe Act & Unsafe Conditions conducted by any personnel.
  • Ensure proper installation of Fire protection & detection system and other fire & safety equipment like Safety Showers, Eye washers, Spill Control Kit, Gas tester, sensors, SCBA Set, First Aid Boxes, etc.
  • Monitor workplace conditions, such as air quality, noise, and chemical exposure, to ensure they meet safety standards.
  • Provide guidance on the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Representing HSE department in various Audits conducted by third party agencies, clients, customers, government bodies, etc.
  • Purchasing of such PPES in liaison with purchase department & vendors and further issuance to concerns personnel.
  • Celebration of National Safety Day, National Fire Service Day, Environment Day by Conducting various safety promotional activities.
  • Promoting safe work culture in the plant.
  • Support various departments with the development and upkeep of ISO documentation.
  • Collect Sustainability data and ensuring reporting accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee ESG audit compliance activities and manage corrective actions.

    • Empowered to conduct Safety-specific training sessions for employees and workers.
    • Authority to initiate corrective & preventive action processes for incidents and follow up on resolutions.
    • Authorized to recommend Health, Safety and Environment related improvements.
    • Authority to implement and harmonize documentation systems across sites and departments.
    • Authority to stop any unsafe work practices.
